Alanna Claire Gets Her Voice Heard

Colleen was going to prove to Alanna Claire, for once and for all, that Alanna Claire was working in her store and that Alanna Claire needed to put Colleen first. Colleen began her assault by telling Alanna Claire not to talk to the customers as she rung them up.Colleen also told Alanna Claire not to show up early for work. Colleen didn’t like Alanna Claire hanging around the back room looking all comfortable and relaxed. Just as quickly, Colleen was afraid that this customer would get as impatient as Colleen felt and possibly lodge a complaint.Colleen abruptly stepped in front of the register while pushing Alanna Claire to the side as she announced that she was taking over.Because Alanna Claire was scared of Colleen's anger, her fingers stumbled over the register's keys and somehow accidentally lost the new, improved profile. Colleen then ordered Alanna Claire to bring back the screen where the transaction was to be completed. But Colleen's glaring eyes and harsh tone made Alanna Claire so nervous that Alanna Claire accidentally pushed the purchase button.Now Colleen had to void the sale and start all over. No surprise that their customer was annoyed now.
