The Bissell Proheat 2X Lift-Off Upright carpet cleaning system uses Dual DirtLifter PowerBrushes to offer professional cleaning to your home. The DirtLifter PowerBrushes combine tough suction with 10 rows of cleaning bristles to remove dirt and stains from floors.
The full-size machine can clean entire rooms, while the Lift-Off detachable, portable pod can easily clean pet messes on stairs, upholstery and car interiors. It’s got two specialized tools: the 3 inch Tough Stain tool, for scrubbing and suctioning away spots and stains; and the Spraying Crevice Tool, for cleaning corners, crevices, and hard to reach areas.
The Proheat uses Heatwave Technology that helps maintain hot water temperature throughout the cleaning process, and can be used with Bissell PRO MAX Clean & Protect or Deep Clean & Antibacterial Formulas. Each purchase comes with an 8-oz trial size bottle of each. PRO MAX helps remove tough, ground-in dirt and stains, while Deep Clean helps eliminate more than 90% of odor-causing bacteria. This product also has EdgeSweep brushes that deep clean baseboards and around furniture.
To fill the clean water tank, remove the tank from the base of the machine. Unscrew the black cap and remove the bottle insert, and fill the tank with warm tap water. (The temperature should be no higher than 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit.) Don’t boil or microwave the water, as it can destroy the tank. Add two ounces of Bissell formula to the clean water tank and replace the cap. Return the cap to the machine and you’re ready to go!
To use the portable spot and stain cleaner, release the pedal to release the machine. Release the Flex Hose by twisting the hose secure latch clockwise. Unwrap the hose completely. Attach the desired cleaning tool to the hose grip until it snaps together. Twist the Quick Release Cord Wrap clockwise to unwrap the cord completely and plug it into the grounded outlet. Hold the tool 1 inch above the soiled surface and press the spray trigger to apply the cleaning solution. Do not over-wet. Let go of the spray trigger while applying downward pressure on the tool and pull it toward you. The suction will remove the dirt and cleaning solution. Continue until no more dirt can be removed.
