L-Clamps allow you to clamp the work piece quicker, while using fewer clamps on each job. With this Standard Duty L-Clamp, just slide the clamping arm to your work piece and tighten. When the job is complete, simply loosen the spindle and slide the clamping arm back. Innovative spring tempered and hardened steel frames optimize high static stress loadings. The hardened steel spindles also provide greater loading capabilities and a longer service life. Weighing only 4.5 pounds, but with 1,650 pounds of clamp pressure, Palmgren's black oxide spindles resist wear while impeding rust for a smoother clamp every time. Using the dropped forged sliding clamping arm adds strength and durability. The swivel pads are also replaceable, making this the last L-Clamp you will ever need.
