• Details:  Adorable lithograph puzzle with Little Boy Blue Illustration by William (Bill) Layne. This is a hard cardboard, tray-style, puzzle with large pieces.  Based on the Mother Goose Nursery Rhyme Little Boy Blue, this is puzzle number 400 by Walzer (A.M. Walzer Co. 1930's to the 1950's, Dover, NJ and Minneapolis, MN).  Perfect for small children, or can be framed and used as decor in a child's room or nursery.  Great gift for a new mom, a child, a puzzle collector, or a Bill Layne collector.
• Material:  Cardboard
• Dimensions:  14 inches x 11 inches
• Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Very Good Vintage Condition.  There is a little bit of fraying on the paper on the right upper edge, one area has more peeling, on the upper edge, and minor dent in the corners.  All issues are on the tray edges, none on the puzzle pieces.  Please review pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are ANTIQUE and VINTAGE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.

William (Bill) Layne was an American artist, born in Berkeley, California.  He trained at the California School of Fine Arts in San Francisco. Starting his career in Chicago but moving back to California to work in the Disney Studios.  He stayed with Disney for several years, eventually leaving to do free-lance commercial art.  Although he made wonderful traditional works of art, he is best remembered for his illustrations on calendars, advertisements, and Disney work.  Bill passed away in 2005.
